Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure your home decor arrives back to us without damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
